Chuck E. Cheese

Right here right now I declare too many people are sleeping on this fantastic pizza at Chuck E Cheese! It hits the spot after you’re chasing the kids all around and having fun! The place can get busy but workers keep this place clean and never had a bad experience!

I had booked the ultimate fun party for May 17, 2026 for my daughter's 4th Birthday. At the time there were 3 parties booked with only 1 hostess to attend to all 3 parties. Our party started at 1:30pm for 16 children and our game cards were given late along with our wristbands for the slide and trampoline. When the food came out we got the kids pizza first and 2 for the adults, but it took an extra 25 mins for our additional appetizers and food to come out we had ordered way before hand. The poor hostess was alone in handling food even though a manager I am assuming with a blue shirt was on site and should have assisted in some way. The worst part was we never got our ice cream for the kids as by the time the hostess got around to it half of the kids had left. We did not get any discount or an apology from any manager. With 16 kids and adding on the slide and trampoline we spent a decent amount of money and thought we'd have better attention. The kids did enjoy the party however most games are broken but the trampoline and slide was the most fun. They should have more people attending to birthday parties as people pay good money to do these events. Food and ice-cream should be read

Extremely understaffed. The few employees there were working, but they couldn't keep up with the crowds. Long waits for everything from food to prizes.

This location seems to have gone through a renovation as it feels updated and more modern compared to the location in Hicksville. There's ample parking, clean bathrooms, and plenty of seating for parties. There's also a nice variety of games but seems a bit less than the Hicksville location. Overall, a great experience and would definitely come back.

I bring my daughter here all the time! With our fun pass, it's always a breeze checking in, getting our points & headed to our seats (some tables have wall plugs for charging which is a PLUS) The manager Josue & Assistant Manager Josue is always nice, professional and accommodating!! I go for the pizza lol The food is always fresh and doesn't take forever. Games work and they have the best trampoline gym. Whether we're here for a party or just for fun, we always have a great time! We're pretty much regulars lol 2 thumbs up 👍🏽
